The client receives the agreed usage rights outlined in the commission agreement.
Credit is appreciated but not required.✦ NO AIMy artwork may not be used for any AI-related purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, training or fine-tuning AI models, creating datasets, AI image or video generation, AI animation, AI upscaling or editing, style transfer, or any other AI-assisted transformation.✦ REFUNDSIf you cancel before I begin work, a refund may be possible, minus any applicable processing fees.
Once work has started, commissions are non-refundable.
