- After the detailing phase, before painting begins.
- Before final file delivery.Revisions must remain within the original agreed concept. Major changes, such as redesigns, new poses, or additional characters or elements, are considered outside the original scope and may require an additional fee or a new commission.โœฆ DEADLINES & DELIVERYUnless otherwise agreed, the final delivery includes: PNG files, fullHD mp4 turnaround, .STL and .OBJ files. Working files (e.g. ZTL, .ZPR) are not included.A character bust typically takes 1-2 weeks to complete once work begins. I reserve the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless we agree otherwise before the project starts.โœฆ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYI retain the copyright to all artwork I create. Ownership of the commissioned character or intellectual property (if provided by the client) remains with the client.
The client receives the agreed usage rights outlined in the commission agreement.
Credit is appreciated but not required.โœฆ NO AIMy artwork may not be used for any AI-related purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, training or fine-tuning AI models, creating datasets, AI image or video generation, AI animation, AI upscaling or editing, style transfer, or any other AI-assisted transformation.โœฆ REFUNDSIf you cancel before I begin work, a refund may be possible, minus any applicable processing fees.
Once work has started, commissions are non-refundable.
